- Every order is custom-built based on the approved design, materials, and specifications.
- Once production begins, design or quantity changes cannot be made without written approval.
- Estimated production time is 30β60 business days, depending on project size and complexity.
- You will receive regular production and dispatch updates from our logistics team.
π’ Shipping Policy
- We offer worldwide shipping via trusted air, sea, and ground transport partners.
- All products are securely packed, tracked, and insured to ensure safe delivery.
- Tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are the buyerβs responsibility.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, logistics, or unforeseen delays.
π¦ Delivery Inspection
- We strongly advise customers to inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
- Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
- Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review or compensation.

- Orders once confirmed can be canceled only within 48 hours of placement.

- Custom-made furniture orders are non-refundable once production has started.
- Damaged deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with proof of damage.

- Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or confirmed shipping damages.
- Natural variations in wood grain, fabric color, or texture are not considered defects.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
