3. Products and Services
Sinhal Exports provides custom furniture design, manufacturing, and export solutions for:
- Hotels, motels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hostels
- Co-living and commercial spaces
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
- All orders must be confirmed in writing through official quotation and purchase order.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or freight unless otherwise specified.
- A minimum advance payment (as per quotation) is required to initiate production.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch unless credit terms are agreed in writing.
- Orders once placed and approved for production cannot be canceled.
5. Manufacturing & Lead Time
- All furniture is manufactured at our Gujarat-based facility under strict quality control and craftsmanship standards.
- Standard lead time is 30–60 business days, depending on design complexity and quantity.
- Any design modifications after production commencement may affect delivery timelines and costs.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We provide global shipping via air, sea, and ground transport.
- All consignments are securely packed, tracked, and insured for safe delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, logistics, or force majeure events.
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Warranty & Claims
- Our products are covered by a limited manufacturing warranty against defects in material or workmanship for a specified period (as per order terms).
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or natural wear and tear.
- Any claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs within 7 days of delivery.
8. Returns & Cancellations
- Since all products are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- Order cancellations after production approval are not permitted.
- In the rare case of an approved return, the customer bears all logistics and customs costs.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, product designs, and materials displayed on our website are the intellectual property of Sinhal Exports.
No part of our website or designs may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sinhal Exports shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
- Delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs, strikes, or natural calamities.
